Prices & Availability 2012

All prices are per room per night based on 2 people sharing.  The minimum stay is 2 nights.

Single occupancy discount 20%.

* High Season: Easter to end of September

Reservations:

• Many guests come here for peace and quiet, we regret therefore that we don't accept children under the age of 16.
• Advance bookings are subject to a 25% deposit payable within 5 days of booking.
• Please make cheques payable to High Pines.
• On-line banking payment also accepted - please ask for details.
• We are unable to accept credit or debit card payment.

Cancellation policy

21 days notice of cancellation is required for deposit refund, less £5.00 administration. Deposit non-refundable if booking cancelled with less than 10 days notice, unless we are able to re-let in which case it will be refunded, less £5.00 administration.

Arrivals and Departures:

We request that guests arrive between 4pm and 6pm and depart by 10.30 on the day of departure to allow us to prepare the room for the next guests. If you will be arriving after 6pm we request that you give us an approximate time of arrival so that we can plan our evening accordingly.

If you do plan to arrive early, please let us know and we will do our best to have everything ready for you.
